Barnes & Waddell together are the Drats! duo

These two veteran Northwest musicians and entertainers based out of the Vancouer, WA area provide a full range of musical options for any venue and event. Whether you want a laid-back sound to set a relaxed party mood, a duo that features live drums for an authentic live dance music experience or even a full band, you are guaranteed to have a great event.

Bruce and Jeff have performed at Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Las Vegas Hard Rock Café, the Hawaiian Village Resort, Chicago Navy Pier, Miami Fontainebleau, PGE Park, Church Street Station and many more corporate, private and public events. Heavily into entertaining stage antics, Barnes and Waddell created comedy acts Band-O-Gram and Les Cellar Rats, which was the house band for East Fork Cellars Winery. East Fork Cellars won The Columbian Newspapers Entertainment Venue of the Year for Les Cellar Rats performances. They have performed regularly at wineries, breweries, festivals, private parties, conventions and summer events.

Jeff Waddell is a singer-songwriter and slide guitarist, with a unique style of influences, hailing from Decatur Illinois, Waddell grew up with traditional country music, americana rock, and bluegrass roots. It is no surprise that he comes from a musical family. His father was a guitarist who hosted a Bluegrass Opry in Illinois. Waddell has toured nationally, sharing the stage with many classic rock artists such as Cheap Trick, Reo Speedwagon, Greg Khin, Tommy Tutone, Ted Nugent, Lynyrd Skynrd's Ricky Medlocke, Blackfoot, Sly & The Family Stone, and many well-known country artists. Waddell is endorsed by several musical manufacturers, including Shubb Capos and HeadWay Audio , Rock Slide, Justin Boots

Bruce Barnes has played drums and sung all across the USA for various Billboard Top 10 artists, at Disney World and frequently in Las Vegas. Since moving to Portland, he has stayed busy recording as a studio drummer and playing with the Cellar Rats, Drastic Measures, NW Jazz and other local bands, including regular walk-on gigs. Bruce is influenced by and plays all styles of music. His favorite part of playing is entertaining people!
